The United States Court of Appeals has published the official recording of the oral argument heard on January 10, 2013 in the case OSGATA et al vs. Monsanto.

Over 30 plaintiffs in the case,  including Food Democracy Now!, organic and non-GMO farmers, traveled from across the US and Canada to hear the case argued before three appelant judges in the Washington DC courtroom.

Food Democracy Now! organized an assembly of hundreds of supporters during the hearing where farmers and plaintiffs addressed the crowd immediately following the hearing spoke about the case.

Thousands of Food Democracy Now! members called the White House during the assembly to demand that the 13 GMO crops and genetically engineered salmon that are awaiting approvals not be approved until scientific studies on human impact are conducted. Members are encouraged to continue to call the White House.
