Maryland Legislator Introduces Bill That Would Mandate Labeling Genetically Engineered Foods

Are those strawberries you're buying genetically engineered? How about the ingredients in that supposedly natural box of granola? A bill introduced by a Maryland legislator would make it easier for consumers to find out.

The US Court of Appeals releases recording of oral argument in OSGATA et al v Monsanto

The United States Court of Appeals has published the official recording of the oral argument heard on January 10, 2013 in the case OSGATA et al vs. Monsanto. 

Over 30 plaintiffs in the case,  including Food Democracy Now!, organic and non-GMO farmers, traveled from across the US and Canada to hear the case argued before three appelant judges in the Washington DC courtroom.
